A full Kitchen remodel done in Collierville.  First two are before pictures.  New paint, appliances, granite, sink, fixtures, lights. Awesome!

Good ole fashion brushing and rolling an interior.      Same house-replaced all exterior window trim. Ready to now paint.

In a clients rental property we replaced his carpet in Den with Tile.

There are many choices of hardy Plank color or just go plain and paint it.  Hardy Plank is the best there is.

This kitchen was part of a full remodel. This is before. Note the old countertops, lack of microwave, old sink and appliances.

This is the kitchen after appliance upgrade, new granite countertops, new sink and added microwave. Wow!

Preping house to be painted is very important. Scrapping done and primer being applied.

Power washing to ensure a clean surface before painting. Don't allow someone to paint over a dirty surface.

Homes are thoroughly caulked and sealed before painting.



Rotten wood and siding are common issues.


After- We built new columns and painted.

Hole in wood plus insect nest. A very common problem.

  
After- Hole repaired and painted. Home powerwashed and scrubbed to remove all insect nest.


Older Germantown home that we completely remodeled on the inside. Beautiful home inside and out.


We removed all the popcorn ceilings throughout the house (2 floors) and made them smooth ceilings.

Harbor Town Home- Starting to replace the wood siding with Hardy Plank Siding. Hardy Plank is a concrete based siding
that has a 50 year warranty. It never rots or needs to be painted unless you just want a color change.


Wood Siding has been removed from this side of the home and Hardy Plank is being added. Also rotten wood (above window)
is being replaced. Once all siding has been replaced the joints will be caulked and  siding will be painted to color of choice.

Full Remodel- Adding real hardwood floors


Full Remodel- Hardwood floors are in and covered for protection during rest of remodel


This is the final den. Hardwood floors, custom fireplace, shelves and trim all stained.  New interior paint. Several
new electricial and cable outlets have been added.


Custom base trim added. So much better than the standard quarter round. Once finished it will be stained.


Adding a thermostat controlled heated floor to the bathrooms. Travertine tile will be placed over. No more cold floors!

Kitchen: We have already added the new cabinets above and will soon stain to match. Notice the
out of date light fixture soon to be replaced.

Kitchen after: Travertine tile on floor, glass, red brick, tile backsplash and added
glass to cabinets on both side of kitchen. Note final stain of added cabinets above
the existing cabinets as seen in above picture.

Doing a custom shower.


Completed shower. 3 separate shower heads and body jets with 2 seating areas.
This is only a small portion of the shower. We took a standard shower and enlarged
it to a wonderful spacious shower. Added fitted glass doors. See video page for
a walk through.
