Billy Malady - President (Picture taken in Chicago before 2007 LaSalle Chicago Marathon)

Billy was born and raised in Memphis, Tn. and graduated High School from Harding Academy. He then attended University
of Memphis (Memphis State back in those days) and holds a BS Degree in Business Management.   He has held
Sr. Management positions at large companies such as FedEx & Ingram Micro.  Established Malady Homes to serve the
deficiencies he found in the Home Improvement industry. He has competed in several Marathons and enjoys all outdoor
activities. Married to Ying Malady and together they have 3 children.

 
Ying Malady - VP Administration / Sales  (Picture taken in Chicago before 2007 LaSalle Chicago Marathon)

Born in Beijing, China, Ying moved to the United States in 2003. She graduated college in 1991 with a degree in
 International Studies. She speaks Chinese, Japanese and English.  Enjoys beating Billy in Marathons and also loves the
 beach, travel and being outdoors. 


Project Managers (Photos coming soon):  Jerry Hicks & Frank Scaife.  Jerry is a retired construction engineer and Frank is Home Improvement specialist in both Commerical and Residential properities with over 30 years experience.
